- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting, I recommend installing Enstars!! Basic to listen to it.
- Reveals Chiaki and Kanata’s backstory, starting from their 1st year in Yumenosaki, all the way to their 3rd year!
- While it isn’t directly related to Midori and Chiaki’s relationship, it is a VERY crucial part of Chiaki’s character, and must be read in order to understand why he is the way he is.
- There are some (BIG) indirect hints about their relationship, though, especially in terms of hinting WHY the Ryuseitai juniors (including Midori) are so important in Chiaki and Kanata’s lives.

- If you’d like to know how Chiaki scouted Midori to the club and unit, this story covers it a little, as it’s set in the early spring timeline of their high school.
- The story isn’t focused on Ryuseitai, but it’s nonetheless a cute story that shows Chiaki’s enthusiasm to guide his juniors!
The moment I entered the school, Morisawa-senpai came to my classroom and yelled stuff like, ‘Ossu! My name is Morisawa Chiaki, and I’m the captain of the Basketball Club! Starting today, you’ll be joining us at the club! It’s nice to meet youuu~♪’…

- Extremely short, bite-sized stories that won’t take long to read and are super worth it!
- These are set very early in the timeline, so they’re a fun look into how they were around each other at the time.
Takamine-kun, let’s go to the club!
Huh…? Um, sorry, may I ask who you are…?

- Very short story introducing a crucial aspect of Midori and Chiaki’s relationship during their school days: (one of) the reasons why Chiaki started picking up Midori for school!
(Breathe in, breathe out)… (Breathe in, breathe out)…♪
Mhm, that’s Takamine’s house over there! ☆ My sixth sense tells me so…!

- Small, simple story showcasing a day in the Basketball Club. Midori and Chiaki are cute here, but most of all, it’s the origin story of how “Takamine Barricade” came to be! (Important for future ES!! stories)
This is the “justice” pose! This is the “courage” pose!
And this is the “I wanna die” pose…♪

- Very cute and short story showcasing how Midori feels about being in the Basketball Club, after reluctantly joining it because of Chiaki’s insistence.
No, he just comes over to pick me up from class every time we have club practice, and it’s super annoying… so I had to run away…
Ughhh, it’s already bad enough that we’re in the same unit together — why does he have to pester me when it comes to the club, too… so depressing…

- A cute and short Ryuseitai story that showcases a day in the life of an hero idol.
Let’s aim to be heroes, as well! Aren’t you a boy, Takamine!? You should grasp onto everything you’ve ever wanted with your very own hands!
Get yourself into the spirit like THIIIIS, and embrace everything whole! Fuhahaha! ☆
Could you please try to make sense when you talk…?

- This story has more to do with Ryuseitai’s history as a whole rather than their relationship, but it does establish a few important points about the two. Since it’s a light and interesting read, I recommend it!
If Shinkai-senpai’s version is okay, then can I also skip out on saying that cringey thing Morisawa-senpai came up with…?

- Ryuseitai’s first story in the game! Midori and Chiaki have fun, silly moments together here. I personally think this story is best read just before reading Supernova.
Should I keep holding up Buch—Taichou, or should I throw him off of me to get rid of him…? Which one would be less of a pain…?
Don’t avoid trouble, Takamine! You should enjoy hardships, and adore the thought of adversity! Fuhahaha! ☆

- Ryuseitai’s first unit-only event story that kickstarts their hero-idol identity, and it’s really important to read in order to understand Midori and Chiaki’s roles and motivations in the unit (as well as the rest of the members, too!)
And I haven’t been hugging you all those times for nothing! I’m thoroughly familiar with your size, Takamine! It was easy to make the sample! Fuhahaha! ♪

- This story is fully voiced in the Enstars!! Basic game!
- This story doesn’t have to do with their relationship, but it’s crucial to read if you want to learn more about Chiaki. Consider it supplementary material if you’d like to understand Chiaki’s character.
- Chiaki joins a temporary unit called ‘Rain-bows’, with Jin as the leader. So it’s also an interesting look into how Chiaki is like when he isn’t acting as the leader of a unit! (Hint: that’s pretty important to Ryuseitai’s development as of 2023, thanks to Supervillain)

- Ryuseitai & Trickstar’s Tanabata Festival story. It’s mainly indirectly relevant to the two’s relationship, but it’s a REALLY good look into Midori, his insecurities, and his motivations.
- It also establishes Subaru and Midori’s relationship, which is relevant to this day for all three characters. Also petty Midori is the best thing ever.
- Midori’s mini talks are also worth a read, as it shows how Midori used to feel about Chiaki during the summer!

- A fluffy story for Basketball Club. It’s a fun and light read, and has its cute, silly moments between the two.
- Petty Midori strikes again for the first few chapters.
Well, it’s not really uncomfortable or anything… I don’t dislike being near him, I think…♪ But don’t tell him, okay? I don’t want him to annoy me about it…

- This story is a fun, light read. There’s a few cute moments between them!
So you’re a regular of that shop… I’m gonna stay away from it as much as I can…
Fuhahaha! ☆ Then I’ll come over to hang out in your home once I’m done visiting the shop!
That just sounds like harassment to me, ‘kay…?

- Short, cute, warm, and ABSOLUTELY worth a read! Chiaki is clingy with Midori both in his own birthday and in Midori’s, and Midori is Midori in both instances.
Hm? What did I get from Morisawa-senpai? …He gave me a load of tokusatsu DVDs and said, ‘Do you like it!?’
…Why would he think I’d like this…?

- A light-hearted Ryuseitai & Akatsuki story. It doesn’t focus much on the two’s relationship, but it showcases a LOT of fun and interesting things about their relationship, as well as for Ryuseitai! Definitely worth a read for its softness and hilarity.
Wai—Please don’t hug me… Your body is three times warmer than usual after a liveshow… It’s overbearing…

- In the mood for cute Ryuseitai? This story is perfect for that. And if it’s a Ryuseitai story, of course that means the two interact.
Ehhh…? I’m shocked to hear that a blockhead like him can actually study well…
Fuhaha! If it frustrates you that much, then just work harder on your own studies, Takamine!

- Ryuseitai, Ra*bits & MaM’s Halloween story. One of the BEST stories for these two!
- Delves into the potential of Midori’s role in Chiaki’s life, how Midori can help Chiaki, but most of all, it’s such a fun read for their dynamic! It contains the cutest, funniest, sweetest, softest, and even the most important dialogue they’ve ever had between each other.
- Bonus points for Midori’s CG being related to Chiaki!
- The Chiaki and Midori mini talks are extra fun content that occasionally mention the two.
No, I meant it like… Morisawa-senpai’s not acting like himself… It’s like he’s always scared of something…
He seems so nervous over everything that he’s overwhelmed… He doesn’t even pester me as much as he used to…
Oh? Could it be that you’re feeling lonely~? ‘Cuz he’s not paying attention to you~♪

- This story focuses on Kuro and Chiaki’s relationship, but there are a LOT of fun tidbits about Midori and Chiaki’s relationship too!
- It also has the first signs of Enstars wanting to expand on their dynamic and potential, such as being the first story to hint that Midori is similar to how Chiaki was in the past.
Takamine! Please listen to me! Show a little more interest in me instead of the yuruchara, please…!

- Ryuseitai & 2wink’s live show for Christmas! This story is more related to 2wink, and for Ryuseitai, focused around Tetora and Chiaki’s relationship, but the moments between Midori and Chiaki are sweet and warm too.
- It shows Midori warming up to Ryuseitai, and his first few steps as a hero ♪
Sigh, it’s so damn cold… I’m so depressed, I wanna die… I seriously miss Morisawa-senpai right now for some reason… I wonder if that heater is walking around somewhere nearby…?

- One of Midori’s top most crucial stories to read, and gives insight on Midori’s feelings towards Chiaki.
- Although Chiaki doesn’t appear in this story, Midori THINKS he’s here as a dog and in the process, expresses some of his most honest feelings about Chiaki. It’s a short story to boot, so it wouldn’t take long to read!
- In my opinion, it’s one of the best stories to get an understanding of his character (his silliness, empathy, pettiness… it’s got it all!)
Morisawa-senpai, did you transform into a dog…?

- A small Basketball Club-related story with Mao and Midori. Although Chiaki doesn’t appear in this story, Midori mentions him more than 5 (!!) times in just two chapters!
- Gives more context as to how Midori feels about dreams (something that gets covered in his development story, Climax)
All of us in Ryuseitai came to back you up, and, well… The moment Trickstar were announced as the winners, Morisawa-senpai let out a weird, seal-like noise…

- This story is fully voiced in the Enstars!! Basic game!
- The sequel to Rainbow. Just like that story, this isn’t related to their relationship, but it’s nice supplementary material to learn more about Chiaki.
- Since Chiaki is only a 3* in this story, it’s not as crucial to read as Rainbow (unless you’re in the mood to learn about the reveal that Eichi and Chiaki met in a hospital when they were young… winkwink)

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting, I recommend installing Enstars!! Basic to listen to it.
- Ryuseitai’s Repayment Festival story (i.e. graduation story). This is one of the most CRUCIAL stories to read for their relationship, and especially for Midori’s character development. It acts as the foundation of their development and character arcs in the next year (i.e ES!! Era)
- What’s more, the 5* pair is Midori and Chiaki, and their CGs match!
- Their mini talks are nice as extra content too!
(It’s not like you to sob like that… You know that, right, Senpai?)

- A post-graduation story that was written before Climax (the story that delves into Midori’s development). Despite that, it still gives nice insight into Midori’s potential post-graduation, and most of all, he’s talking about Chiaki here and there even though he doesn’t appear in the story.
- Keep in mind that it’s a tinsy bit outdated as this story was written before Enstars decided to create the agencies (i.e, ES!! Era).
Ehhhh… That guy’s coming here…? This sucks…
You are happy about it too, I can tell! Your face is breaking into a smile~

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting!
- We’re entering ES!! Era stories now, i.e Chiaki has graduated, and Midori is now a second year student!
- Although there isn’t much about their relationship in these two stories, it acts as the perfect start-up to their character arcs in the year. Midori does mention Chiaki in his idol story, though!
(It’s all his fault… Thanks to that guy constantly spoiling me last year, I got used to that sort of treatment…)

- A Basketball Club-related story. There isn’t much focus on Midori in this story and Chiaki isn’t in it, but Midori still spends a huge chunk of it mentioning Chiaki.
- It’s also extra insight on how Midori felt after the 3rd years’ graduation!
Eep— No, that’s the worst idea ever…! That guy’s graduated already, but he still torments me…
I had a nightmare about him just the other day, y’know…!? I even sweated through my blanket in my sleep… I really don’t want him to show up anywhere outside of work…

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting!
- The main story is obviously long, so I recommend reading at least the parts where Ryuseitai appears (especially where Midori or Chiaki do). It’s important to have a basic understanding of what happened to Ryuseitai in the main story, since it’s referenced a lot in their ES!! Era stories, and affects Midori and Chiaki’s actions/feelings throughout the year.
- Most of all, it’s a nice sneak peek of how Midori wants to grow and be reliable for Chiaki and Ryuseitai’s sake.
- Bonus: Their unbloomed CGs are related to each other!

- A cute, fluffy Ryuseitai story, and Midori and Chiaki are just as cute. If you enjoyed Midori’s teasing in Sweet Halloween, you might also enjoy their interactions in here.
- I recommend Midori, Chiaki, and Tetora’s mini talks for more silly content. The event’s MV also has a few moments between them!

- A Ryuseitai & ALKALOID story. While it’s not really focused on Midori or Chiaki, it’s another story that showcases just how much Chiaki means to Midori, and to Ryuseitai as a whole.
Hmph… All his “I love you”’s weren’t true after all; he’s all talk and no action…

- It’s short, it’s sweet, it’s cute, and it perfectly highlights how Midori feels about Chiaki!
(I thought going to school would be a waste of time, but since I got advice from idols, I figured that I could try going to my club…)
(And boy, was that the bestest, greatest idea I’ve ever had! Both Morisawa-senpai and Takamine-senpai were there!)

- The perfect introduction to Midori’s character in ES!! Era, and if it’s a Midori introduction, that means Chiaki has to be involved in it. That’s just how perfect it is as an introduction! Short, funny, and cute.
(I feel like his overbearing blood is consuming my body, and it makes me wanna die… It’d be a different story if it’s just learning from someone, but this is—… I really just don’t wanna be infected by that guy of all people.)

- Just like the Yumenosaki Era birthday stories, they’re short, cute, and warm. Definitely worth a read! The ES!! Era stories start from 2020 in the link.
Aaalright, Takamine! Now that the five of us are all here, let’s take a photo together to commemorate!
Ehhhh…? Jeez, fine… It is your birthday today, so I’ll go along with it. Happy birthday, Morisawa-senpai…♪

- As Ryuseitai continues to receive unfair treatment by reality, society, and their agency, Midori’s overflowing love for Ryuseitai makes him take a very drastic decision in order to keep them together…!
- Comet Show is the GO-TO story to read about Midori and Chiaki’s relationship, how far it’s come, and why it means so much to the two to stay as Ryuseitai together. It is also a must to read this story to understand the events that happen to Ryuseitai after Comet Show.
- Bonus: The event’s MV has a lot of sneaky moments of the two together, and their unbloomed CGs are related to each other!
- It is an ABSOLUTE MUST to read Midori’s mini talk from this event. His mini talk is also much more light-hearted than the story, so I 100% recommend it!
Yeah, how come you know everything ‘bout him? Do you regularly search for ‘Morisawa Chiaki’ online or somethin’?
Yeah, I do. What’s wrong with that…? I don’t actually care if he’s dead or alive, but I need to monitor him to see if he says anything bad about me, y’know…?

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting!
- Note: This story is part of the 1.5 main story. However, Midori’s scenes have little to do with the overarching plot, so I personally think it’s okay to only read his (and Tetora’s) scenes if you prefer that.
- Shows the aftermath of the decision Midori made in Comet Show, as well as Midori’s feelings on it (Spoiler alert: he’s super depressed about it and feels like he didn’t succeed in saving his beloved unit.)
- This story is more focused on Midori and Tetora’s relationship, and explores their misunderstandings since Comet Show. It’s wonderful insight on Midori’s character and his mindset.
- Midori mentions Chiaki a few times in some important scenes as well!

- Midori’s Shuffle unit story, themed around weddings. The main reason this is recommended is because of Midori’s "confession" message at the end of the story, and the song lyrics. Regardless, it’s a very cute story for Midori, and it’s related to his brother to boot!

- A Chiaki-related story themed around weddings! What an interesting coincidence that both Midori and Chiaki had a wedding-themed event… It’s almost like Enstars is aware that Midori was part of the wedding-themed Shuffle unit…?
- If you’re in need of healing and want something more fluffy from ES!! Era Year 1 stories, this is the story for it!
- The mini talks are nice too!
I had quite a few options to reference from, but my eyes were drawn to you the most — maybe because we’re both from the same unit.

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting!
- Ryuseitai & Akatsuki’s SS story; it explores the aftermath of Comet Show and how it affected Ryuseitai, but also how they want to do what it takes to overcome their difficulties! There are fun moments between the two, but also angsty moments too.
- For more context on why Midori and Chiaki start to miscommunicate severely at around this point, I highly recommend reading Supervillain’s prologue, as it’s set before Submarine took place. (The rest of Supervillain gives even more context)
- I recommend Chiaki’s mini talks as well, though they too are a mixture of cute and angsty.

- This story is fully voiced. The experience is greatly enhanced with the voice acting!
- The final story to the SS main story. Ryuseitai only appears in a few chapters (11 in total, and 5 of them are Chiaki only), and they (sort of) have a duel against Madara, an ex-Ryuseitai member.
- The main reason I recommend it is for Midori’s petty attitude when it comes to Subaru (like I said in Orihime and Hikoboshi, these three are pretty relevant to each other), and an indirect nod to Midori and Chiaki’s relationship.
- Note: The partial translation is a link to the scene mentioned above!

- Midori’s 2nd Feature Scout! A short, sweet story for Midori, and Chiaki helps him by giving him advice and guidance for his Feature Live. The sweetness of their relationship is shown in their interactions here.
- Bonus: Although Midori doesn’t appear in it, Chiaki’s 2nd Feature Scout was written by the same writer, so it’s nice to read the two stories side-by-side (+ their FS2 outfits match!)
Sigh. …Anzu-san, of all people, why did you invite this guy…
Huh? Because Morisawa-senpai was worried about me?
Yeah. See, I heard through the grapevine that you’ve been worried over something, Takamine.

- THE Ryuseitai story of ES!! Era Year 1. The conflicts, misunderstandings, the care and love Ryuseitai have for each other, everything that happened in ES!! Era… All of it leads up to this story. Not only is it a crucial Ryuseitai story, but it also explores how the decisions taken in Comet Show and Submarine have finally come to fruition.
- What’s more, the story is littered with important interactions between Midori and Chiaki, hinting that their relationship will continue to grow and develop in Ryuseitai stories set after this story.
- There’s more! The event’s MV fully highlights them as a duo, and this is further emphasized by the new formation: Midori and Chiaki are now side-by-side together in the new unit logo.
- I recommend the mini talks as well, as it explores their feelings during this time.

- Ryuseitai appear in the Ra*bits climax event, and give us a small sneak-peek into their status after Supervillain! Ryuseitai act as Ra*bits to help them out in their plan, and interestingly enough, Chiaki acts as Tomoya, and Midori as Hajime.
- The reason this is significant is… Those were the two card pairings in Sweet Halloween, one of the best stories for Midori and Chiaki’s relationship (AND Tomoya and Hajime’s). Please do read this chapter with that thought in mind, it makes it all the more fun ♪
- Note: The link takes you to the single chapter that Ryuseitai is in!

- This is Midori’s Yuruseitai (Ryuseitai Green) event, with him as the leader. There are a lot of lovely interactions between the two in this story, and it especially features how Chiaki feels about Midori.
- The MV also has a few moments between the two! It’s a heartwarming story that’s important to read, especially to heal from all the turbulence Ryuseitai went through in ES!! Era Year 1.
- It is a MUST to read at least Chiaki’s mini talk from this event.

- Extremely minor crumbs for the two’s relationship, but too vital to pass up reading!
- The second link is extra information that shows just how special this is to the two’s relationship ♪
If only Morisawa-senpai was also there, at the very least… ‘Cause whenever there’s someone who’s even more terrified than me around, it calms me down instead.
But that guy’s never around the moment I actually want him to be.

- This is Ryuseitai’s Climax Event! Ryuseitai is settling in their new direction of switching leaders depending on the job. This time, Kanata’s the leader!
- In the meantime, Midori and Chiaki’s relationship is ever-changing! This story is about Ryuseitai as a whole, and that also means about Midori and Chiaki’s relationship, too.
- As mentioned in Supervillain; now that these two are a duo in Ryuseitai, they are constantly highlighted together in the MV. And the story has a lot of fun, amazing moments for the two!
- It is an ABSOLUTE MUST to watch the MV (with the lyrics!)
……Morisawa Durian Chiaki.
Don’t call me by the name of a stinky fruit in a whisper! That’s bullying! There’s bullying taking place in Ryuseitai…!

- The Ryuseitai Album TRIP not only has their new single and solo songs, but comes with MC talks!
- The new songs AND the MC talks have great bits for Midori and Chiaki’s relationship ♪ I recommend looking at the card’s details as well!
human beings live their lives while influencing one another. you are also gradually resembling chiaki, aren’t you, midori?

- Pizza & Potato Fries is REAL! (Look at Chiaki’s bloomed CG to see what I mean!) This is part of the 3.0 main story, where idols participate in an audition!
- It’s also Chiaki’s first 5* ES 2nd year story, focused around him and everything to do with him. Although this story doesn’t come with a Midori card, Midori and Chiaki’s lives are so intertwined by this point, that it inevitably means Midori will be mentioned and shown a LOT!
- Not only is it a must to read, but it is a must to look at Chiaki’s new casual outfit, his unbloomed and bloomed CGs from this event, and more. Everything that these two shared between each other, everything Midori has done for Chiaki up until this point, led to many beautiful moments happening in this story.

- Ryuseitai event with Tetora as the leader! Despite the serious-looking faces they’re making, the story is very light-hearted and fun.
- Parts of the story are during the audition’s period (VS★GOURMET), so we get to see more of Midori reacting to the “stunt” Chiaki pulled during the audition.
- Midori and Chiaki’s moments here are fun and silly, and as always, Midori doesn’t stop mentioning Chiaki. They also have a moment together in the MV!
- I absolutely recommend reading Chiaki’s mini talk.

- Why is this dialogue important? Yume is on good terms with Midori and is sort of like a "junior" to Midori, shown in Yume's Idol Story 2. It looks like for this reason, Yume recognized Chiaki on their very first meeting!
